These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Customer") and Minimal Room ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these T&C. If you do not agree with any part of these T&C, please refrain from using our website or services.

1. Use of the Website

  • This Website is intended for personal use only.
  • By accessing the Website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. The receiver of the product must also be 18 years or older. Any claims regarding delivery after signing will not be accepted.
  • You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the Website.

2. Orders & Payment

  • All product listings on our Website constitute an "invitation to offer." Your order is considered an "offer" and is subject to our acceptance.
  • Once your order is confirmed, we will notify you via email or SMS.
  • Prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
  • We accept multiple payment methods, subject to availability at checkout. The Company reserves the right to modify payment options without prior notice.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • All deliveries must be made to a single address at a building’s ground floor or a level accessible by a lift that can accommodate the item.
  • If delivery requires using a staircase, additional labor charges will apply at prevailing rates.
  • If delivery is required to multiple addresses, additional transportation fees will be charged at prevailing rates.
  • If delivery is not possible or the recipient is not present, the product will be returned to our warehouse, and additional transportation and storage fees will be charged to the customer.
  • You are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays, lost or incorrect deliveries due to inaccurate information provided by you.
  • Risk of loss and ownership of the product transfers to you upon delivery by the logistics provider.

4. Replacement Policy

  • We offer replacements only in cases where the product is damaged upon arrival or if you receive the wrong item.
  • To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide an unboxing video or photographic proof showing the damage or discrepancy.
  • Requests for replacement must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • The replacement will be processed after verifying the submitted proof.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • As of now, we do not offer returns. Replacements are only applicable as per our Replacement Policy.
  • If a replacement is not available, a refund may be processed at our discretion.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-15 business days, depending on the payment method used.

6. Account Information & Security

  • By using our Website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, including your password.
  • Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to us immediately.
  • We are not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.
